At the beginning of the year, our consultants took the opportunity to participate in the Altius conferences offered by Abylsen.
The Altius conferences are a personal development programme for our consultants with the aim of training them on innovative subjects, mainly oriented towards soft skills. For this year 2019, the theme is: “Why do we have two ears and only one mouth” in order to make our consultants aware of the importance of listening in communication processes. Through this training program we help our consultants to keep an open mind on various subjects and to make them discover themselves better!
