PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In order to continuously improve the training of Rafale pilots, our customer created a number of flight simulation centres. Abylsen consulting engineers participate in the production and installation of these simulators from the pre-production phase. They are responsible for overall project management, taking care in particular of the management of suppliers & sub-contractors, production monitoring and logistics. They are also responsible for the entire test phase to the final launch of the project by the end-customer.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For more than a year, our consulting engineers were responsible for the installation and start-up of the additive manufacturing machines. In addition to the technical aspect of this mission, our teams played a key role in the training of future machine users (creation of machine operation and maintenance training modules). They also have formalised and standardised these start-up procedures so that they are compliant and eligible for the company’s ISO9001 certification.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For three years, the Abylsen consulting engineers teams worked on the study & feasibility of a new design and new functionalities for a bearing housing. They studied the installation of a new seal system and the integration of a system for retaining the rotating elements within this enclosure: dimensioning studies, compliance with technical specifications, traceability, etc.
