L’ÉCOLE NATIONALE D’INGENIEURS DE SAINT ETIENNE ET ABYLSEN ST/RA SIGNENT UNE CONVENTION DE PARTENARIAT
Karine KINGRASPHONE, Responsable Recrutement de la société ABYLSEN ST/RA (Sciences & Technologies Rhône-Alpes) et François Marie LARROUTUROU, Directeur de l’Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint Etienne ont signé le 15/06/2021 une convention de partenariat. Pour ABYLSEN ST/RA et l’ENISE, cette convention traduit la volonté d’inscrire leur collaboration dans la durée et concrétise une stratégie commune de coordination des relations écoles-entreprises dans les domaines de la formation et de l’innovation.
« En tant qu’acteur majeur dans la proposition de solutions ingénieuses à l’ensemble de nos clients, il est primordial pour ABYLSEN d’anticiper l’identification de ses collaborateurs de demain. Ce partenariat confirme une relation historique avec l’ENISE qui, chaque année, nous permet d’intégrer de nouveaux consultants ayant bénéficié d’une formation technique de qualité. C’est donc avec une immense joie que nous officialisons la signature de ce partenariat qui sera indéniablement bénéfique pour l’ENISE et ses étudiants ainsi que pour le développement des activités de notre société ABYLSEN. » souligne Fabien Montélimard, Directeur d’Activités.
L’enjeu d’ABYLSEN sera également d’accompagner les étudiants dans leur projet professionnel en leur apportant sa vision de l’ingénieur de demain. Tout au long de l’année, plusieurs événements seront donc prévus afin d’être régulièrement au contact des étudiants : forums JOSE, simulations d’entretiens, ateliers relecture de CV/lettre de motivation, accompagnement Linkedin, job datings personnalisés ou encore sponsoring sportif.

Ce partenariat effectif à compter de la rentrée prochaine contribuera à la promotion du développement durable pour inciter les ingénieurs de demain à œuvrer dans ces métiers d’avenir quel que soit leur métier ou leur domaine d’application.
L’ensemble de ces actions confirmeront une relation solide entre Abylsen et l’ENISE initiée depuis plusieurs années via le recrutement de plusieurs étudiants chaque année. Demain, ensemble, les deux entités contribueront au développement de la société ABYLSEN ST/RA à travers une relation étroite dans le domaine de l’accompagnement de nos jeunes élèves dans leur transition vers l’Industrie.

THE NATIONAL ENGINEERING SCHOOL OF SAINT ETIENNE AND ABYLSEN ST/RA SIGN A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Karine KINGRASPHONE, Recruitment Manager of ABYLSEN ST/RA (Sciences & Technologies Rhône-Alpes) and François Marie LARROUTUROU, Director of the Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint Etienne (ENISE) signed a partnership agreement on 15/06/2021. For ABYLSEN ST/RA and the ENISE, this agreement expresses the will to register their collaboration in the long term and concretizes a common strategy of coordination of the relations between schools and companies in the fields of training and innovation.

ABYLSEN’s challenge will also be to support students in their professional project by providing them with its vision of the engineer of tomorrow. Throughout the year, several events will be planned in order to be in regular contact with students: JOSE forums, mock interviews, CV/cover letter proofreading workshops, Linkedin support, personalized job dating and sports sponsorship.

This partnership, which will take effect at the beginning of the next academic year, will contribute to the promotion of sustainable development to encourage tomorrow’s engineers to work in these future-oriented professions, whatever their trade or field of application.
All these actions will confirm a solid relationship between Abylsen and ENISE initiated several years ago through the recruitment of several students each year. Tomorrow, together, the two entities will contribute to the development of ABYLSEN ST/RA through a close relationship in the field of accompanying our young students in their transition to Industry.
