ABYLSEN ANNONCE L’ACQUISITION DE GREENWORKING
Le Groupe se dote ainsi d’une expertise reconnue sur le marché en pleine croissance des nouveaux modes de travail.
Abylsen, Groupe international de conseil en ingénierie annonce ce jour le rachat de Greenworking, société de conseil et formations spécialiste des nouveaux modes de travail. Cette prise de participation majoritaire offre à Abylsen l’opportunité de se développer sur ce marché de niche.
Greenworking propose une offre de services complète qui couvre les 6 grands thèmes de la “nouvelle entreprise” : le télétravail, les nouveaux espaces de travail, l’expérience collaborateur, l’accompagnement des transformations organisationnelles et digitales, la conduite des transformations managériales et culturelles et la responsabilité sociale des entreprises.
En 2019, Greenworking a atteint un chiffre d’affaires de 5 millions d’euros et une forte rentabilité compte tenu de son positionnement stratégique. Fondée en 2010, elle compte aujourd’hui 40 consultants. Abylsen a acquis la majorité des parts, le reste étant détenu par les fondateurs Olivier Brun et Cécilia Durieu ainsi que par quatre managers et collaborateurs-clés.
Dans cette période de forte volatilité et de profonde transformation, les nouvelles organisations du travail ouvrent des perspectives et solutions innovantes aux entreprises pour concilier les exigences de leur marché avec les nouvelles attentes sociales de leurs collaborateurs et de leurs clients. En unissant leurs forces, Abylsen et Greenworking généreront d’importantes synergies commerciales, marketing et opérationnelles, chacune d’entre elles bénéficiant des bonnes pratiques de l’autre.

ABYLSEN TO ACQUIRE GREENWORKING
Acquisition offering tremendous growth opportunities in new ways of working
French engineering and consulting group, Abylsen announced today the takeover of the French company Greenworking, a consulting firm active in the ‘new ways of working’ market. The acquisition provides Abylsen with the opportunity to grow further in this highly specialized consultancy niche market.
The French engineering and technology consulting company, Abylsen, House of HR Group, announced today the acquisition of Greenworking. Greenworking is a consultancy firm specialized in new ways of working. Greenworking brings value in the field of teleworking, work-life balance, digital change and social responsibility. It is helping today’s companies to endorse tomorrow’s organizational models by accompanying them in their transformations.
In 2019, Greenworking reached a turnover of 5 million euros and a strong profitability given its strategic positioning. It was founded in 2010 and today has 50 consultants. Abylsen is acquiring the majority of the shares, the remaining held in the hands of the founders Olivier Brun and Cécilia Durieu and four managers.
Greenworking offers Abylsen the opportunity to further grow in this specialized niche consultancy market.
