Paris, January 26, 2021 ABYLSEN ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF GREENWORKING The Group is thus acquiring recognized expertise in the fast-growing market of new ways of working. Abylsen, an international engineering consulting group, today announced the acquisition of Greenworking, a consulting and training company specializing in new ways of working. This acquisition of a majority stake offers Abylsen the opportunity to develop in this niche market. Greenworking offers a complete range of services that covers the 6 major themes of the "new company": teleworking, new workspaces, employee experience, support for organizational and digital transformations, the management of managerial and cultural transformations and corporate social responsibility. In 2019, Greenworking achieved a turnover of 5 million euros and a strong profitability given its strategic positioning. Founded in 2010, it now has 40 consultants. Abylsen acquired the majority of the shares, the rest being held by the founders Olivier Brun and Cécilia Durieu as well as four managers and key collaborators. In this period of high volatility and profound transformation, new work organizations are opening up innovative perspectives and solutions for companies to reconcile the requirements of their market with the new social expectations of their employees and customers. By joining forces, Abylsen and Greenworking will generate significant commercial, marketing and operational synergies, each benefiting from the best practices of the other. Florian Massaux, CEO of Abylsen, comments on this acquisition: "We aim to grow our Group by capitalizing on solid skills. Greenworking represents a major opportunity to evolve together and why not challenge our methods. We are very proud and confident about these future synergies. We look forward to putting Greenworking's knowledge at the service of our customers.  Cécilia Durieu and Olivier Brun, founders of Greenworking, reflect on the opportunities presented by this acquisition: " Like House of HR and Abylsen, Greenworking is based on a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The backing of a large Group will allow us to enter new markets both for our consulting activities, training and for our digital platforms such as gPulse. We are convinced that the transformation of working methods will be one of the priorities of decision-makers for the coming decade. Ten years after our creation, we are very happy to write this new page alongside Abylsen. » To learn more about Greenworking: www.greenworking.fr —————————————————————————————————- Paris, January 26th, 2021 ABYLSEN TO ACQUIRE GREENWORKING Acquisition offering tremendous growth opportunities in new ways of working French engineering and consulting group, Abylsen announced today the takeover of the French company Greenworking, a consulting firm active in the 'new ways of working' market.
