This beginning of the year was an opportunity for our consultants to participate in the Altius conferences offered by Abylsen. Altius conferences are a personal development program for our consultants with the aim of training them on innovative topics, mainly oriented soft skills. For this year 2019, the theme is: "Why do we have two ears and only one mouth?" in order to make our consultants aware of the importance of listening in communication processes. Through this training program we help our consultants to keep an open mind on various subjects and to make them discover themselves better!
