Paris, December 6 – The multi-specialist engineering companies, Abylsen and ABMI, announce their merger within the entity ABY Engineering, member of the House of HR Group. The two recognized players are joining forces to consolidate their position and become a European leader in multi-specialists..
The two Groups have more than 3,500 consulting engineers and 50 locations in 7 countries (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom and Switzerland). This combination underpins the strategy by 2026 to become the leading multi-specialist middle player in Europe. The whole benefits from its strong technical and sectoral complementarity, from an expanded portfolio of listings on major accounts and can capitalize on the reputation of the two Groups.
Created in 2005, the Abylsen Group today has a total turnover of €215 million, 42 agencies and 2,500 talents driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, in search of new offers and new territories in the sectors of Industry, Digital and of Life Sciences.
ABMI and its 700 specialists have built in 38 years a turnover of 60M€ thanks to a recognized multi-niche expertise on the issues of mobility, energy, health or even consumer products and goods.
