In a phase of strong profitability and growth, the merger with Abylsen confirms ABMI in its ambitions to become the 1st multi-specialist in Europe. The organization within House of HR, recognized for its strong entrepreneurial values, its very specialized activities and its investments in visionary digital technologies also appealed to us. Finally, Bain Capital, the new reference shareholder of House Of HR has a clear desire to invest massively in our “Engineering & Consulting” allowing us to pursue our M&A strategy. This constructive and ambitious environment will allow us to pursue our already stated ambitions for our engineers and technicians.
