The “scale together” is, among other things, considering the different visions of our employees according to their profession, their profile, their experience, etc. Abylsen created Mission Handicap following an internal survey in 2021. The aim of this program is to improve the quality of life of our employees.

WHY DID ABYLSEN SET UP THIS PARTNERSHIP WITH TALENTS HANDICAP ?

After reviewing our recruitment process and analyzing all the candidates interviewed, we realized that few candidates with disabilities had been met or recruited. The main reason? We did not have a tool adapted to attract candidates with disability recognition. After various exchanges with Talents Handicap, it seemed obvious to us to set up a partnership with them. The aim of this collaboration is to include and integrate people with disabilities at Abylsen.

WHY RECRUITING WITH TALENT HANDICAP IS IMPORTANT FOR ABYLSEN?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, being surrounded by professionals and experts in the field of inclusive recruitment is a real guarantee for the effective progress of our Mission Handicap program. To ensure that we recruit people with disabilities in the best possible conditions, Talents Handicap provides comprehensive expertise. It is a platform that lists candidates with disabilities and raises awareness of inclusion among our recruiters. Talents Handicap is also a form of listening and advice, allowing us to have a contact to answer our questions.

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF TEAMS IN INCLUSIVE RECRUITMENT?

Daily, the teams are mobilized to disseminate all opportunities to candidates, conduct interviews and ensure regular monitoring of the recruitment process. The platform’s ergonomics allow us to respond to each request and easily launch a relevant recruitment process!
